إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً في أي وقت قبل شحنه عبر واتساب +968 9222 3121 مع ذكر رقم الطلب.
بعد الشحن يُعامل الطلب كطلب إرجاع وفق البنود أدناه.
إذا ألغينا الطلب من جهتنا (نفاد المخزون أو خطأ في السعر) يُرد المبلغ كاملاً.
الإرجاع والاستبدال
يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، مع كامل ملحقاته وعلبته والفاتورة.
الإرجاع مجاني في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو وصول منتج خاطئ أو تالف. في غير ذلك قد يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل.
لا تُقبل إعادة المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، أو القطع الاستهلاكية المفتوحة لأسباب صحية.
استرداد المبلغ
يُرد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد فحص المنتج المُرجع.
المدفوعات بالبطاقة: يُعاد المبلغ إلى البطاقة نفسها عبر بوابة الدفع خلال 3–7 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف مدة ظهوره في الحساب حسب البنك المصدر.
التحويل البنكي أو الدفع عند الاستلام: يُحوّل المبلغ إلى حساب العميل خلال 3–7 أيام عمل.
رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ منا أو عيباً مصنعياً.

Order cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched via WhatsApp +968 9222 3121, quoting your order number.
After dispatch, the order is handled as a return under the terms below.
If we cancel an order (out of stock or pricing error), you receive a full refund.
Returns and exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition with all accessories, packaging and invoice.
Returns are free for manufacturing defects or wrong/damaged items. Otherwise the customer may bear delivery fees.
Used items, items damaged through misuse, and opened consumables (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Card payments: refunded to the same card via the payment gateway within 3–7 business days; the time to appear on your statement depends on your issuing bank.
Bank transfer or cash on delivery: transferred to the customer's account within 3–7 business days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
