1. About and acceptance

  • This website (m4jidstore.com) is operated by Modern Majid Stores (Majid Store) — Commercial Registration No. 1394408 — Al Mahdouth, Al Awabi 317, Sultanate of Oman — Phone/WhatsApp: +968 9222 3121, +968 9555 4469.
  • By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Users must be 18 years or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and prices

  • All products are new and genuine. Images illustrate the same model and specifications are provided by the manufacturer.
  • Prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are clearly shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
  • We may correct pricing or description errors; if this affects your order we will inform you and offer cancellation with a full refund.

3. Orders

  • An order is confirmed once payment is completed, or, for cash on delivery, once we contact you and you approve the order.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount or offer an alternative with your consent.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or containing incorrect information, with any amount paid refunded.

4. Payment

  • Accepted methods: online payment by credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard) through a secure licensed payment gateway, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and installments where available.
  • Online card payments are processed entirely by the payment gateway; Majid Store does not store or access your card details.
  • All payments are charged in Omani Rial (OMR).

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman within 1–3 business days after processing (0–1 business day).
  • Fees and timelines are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery; please inspect the shipment on receipt.

6. Cancellation, refunds and warranty

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch, and products can be returned within 7 days of delivery under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • All devices carry a 1-year warranty (up to 18 months on selected models) against manufacturing defects.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

  • You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or attempt to hack or misuse it.
  • All website content (logo, text, design) belongs to Majid Store; product trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse of a product or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Our liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing law and contact

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including the Consumer Protection Law, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction.
